Statement of Faith
- We Believe there is one God (Deuteronomy 6:4). He is the Creator of all things. He has revealed Himself to humanity as the Father in creation, as the Son in redemption, and as the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers, and His name is Jesus (Colossians 2:9).
- We Believe in water baptism by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sin (Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3-6; Colossians 2:11-14).
- We Believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit and the ability to speak in other tongues, as the Spirit gives utterance, which serves as a sign to both believers and unbelievers (Acts 2:4).
- We Believe that in order to enter into the kingdom of God, one must be born again of water and of spirit, as commanded by Jesus Christ (John 3:5).
- We Believe in the necessity of holiness and separation from the world. We aim to live holy, inwardly and outwardly, and to worship God joyfully, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together (II Corinthians 7:1; Hebrews 10:25; 12:14).
- We Believe in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) and we endeavor to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with love, mercy and compassion.
