Pastor Michael Cooper II is a spiritual leader, visionary, and entrepreneur with a profound passion for kingdom-building. His journey of faith began at a young age, nurtured by his family’s deep roots in the church and also in the community.
As the son of the late Suffragan Bishop Michael Cooper, Sr., and Elect Lady Tobi Cooper, he was raised in a deeply religious and community-oriented household, instilling in him a profound sense of faith, compassion, and service.
After the passing of his father in 2023, the mantle of leadership fell upon Elder Cooper’s shoulders. His elevation to the esteemed position of pastor at Greater Christ Temple was a testament to the trust and confidence vested in him, a choice affirmed wholeheartedly by both the Board of Directors and the congregation through a unanimous decision. In July of 2024, Pastor Cooper was elevated to the office of District Elder in the Ohio District Council of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc.
First Lady Khalea Cooper is a minister in the Ohio District Council and also an entrepreneur.
Together, they are the proud parents of Michael III (“True”), Mason, and Miles, and the caregivers of Zara. They also have a sweet babygirl in heaven, Khaelyn.
Building upon the legacy of his father and the great pastors before him, Pastor Cooper continues to lead the congregation toward new heights and strives to create lasting impact in the Lima community.
